Alissa White-Gluz

Alissa White-Gluz is the former lead singer of the metalcore band The Agonist, and the current lead singer for Swedish melodic death metal group Arch Enemy. Alissa (born 30 July, 1985) White-Gluz is a Canadian vocalist, recognized as the former vocalist and lead singer in The Canadian metalcore band The Agonist in addition to being her current role as the lead singer in Swedish popular Death Metal group Arch Enemy. Her style of singing combines singing and growling (singing). Although primarily associated with Metalcore and melodic death metal She has also performed as the guest vocalist of power metal, symphonic music and deathcore bands, notably Kamelot, Delain, Carnifex and Powerwolf as well as performed live with Nightwish and Tarja Turunen. White-Gluz (2004-2014). In the year 2004 White-Gluz with co-members Danny Marino, Chris Kells and Chris Kells formed the band The Agonist The Agonist in Montreal, Quebec.
